When Honda showcased the Navi at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, they had all the eyes to themselves thanks to the different approach in styling and availability of the product at an aggressive price tag. The company seems to be revisiting that formula once more with the Cliq which has been launched at a price tag of Rs 42,499 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
While many anticipated it to be Navi's younger sibling, the scooter actually takes the Navi's approach to make it more versatile and practical. That's not it, it also gets several accessory options as well.
The key attractions of the Cliq include an under seat USB charging port, electric start and knobby tubeless tyres on offer which promises better durability and longevity. Honda has also fitted it with Combi-brake System (CBS) which applies brakes to both wheels at the same time in a definitive ratio, which should make it comparatively safer for the rider during extreme braking scenarios.

Powering the scooter is 110cc HET engine that delivers 8 horsepower and 9 Nm of torque and comes with automatic transmission. While the power may not sound industry-leading, the 102-kilo kerb weight should make for a peppy riding experience.
The Cliq will be available in four colour options - red with white, blue with white, grey and black.
Stay tuned for our first ride review coming soon.
