DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 is for disposal of approx. 5,531 flats at Narela, Loknayakpuram and Jasola in different tranches.

DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024: Eligibility;
- The applicant must be a citizen of India.
- He/She should have attained the age of majority i.e., an applicant should have completed 18 years of age as on the last date of submission of the application and legally competent to enter into a contract.
- There is no restriction about owning any land/built-up property in Delhi.
- The family income of an applicant as well as of a joint/co-applicant applying for EWS flats should not exceed Rs. 10 Lakh per annum in case both families are considered separately. There is no income criterion for other categories except EWS. The applicant can apply according to his/her requirements and affordability. Family Income for this clause is defined to include the income of the applicant and his/her spouse if married.
- The applicant should give particulars of his/her savings account in any Bank in the name of the applicant only in the ‘Application Form’.
- Applicants must have a Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted under the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the same must be quoted in the Application Form.
- In case of a joint application under Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), the applicant himself/herself should fall within the respective reserved category and the joint applicant/co-applicant should be from within the Family. Family means a person or his/her parents or his/her blood relatives or his/her spouse or any of his/her dependent relative/s including unmarried children.
- It is advisable to add a co-allottee in the application form rather than at a later stage

How To Apply DDA Flats Online?

- Interested persons have to visit the official website of DDA i.e., www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
- They have to create login credentials using PAN and other details & thereafter log in with the same and register themselves for DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 (FCFS) by paying a sum of Rs. 2,500. This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
- The registration has opened with effect from August 22, 2024. Those applicants who have already registered themselves in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) need not register again.
- Persons already registered in FCFS Phase IV or Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 (FCFS) and new applicants successfully registered for this FCFS scheme will be able to book the flats on offer.
- Interested persons can check all relevant details like the size of the flats, location of the pocket, price, and Layout plan of the flat/pocket online at https://eservices.dda.org.in.
- All these flats are in ready-to-move-in condition.
- The desired persons can apply online at https://eservices.dda.org.in and will have a choice to book a specific flat on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.

DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme Booking Flat Online
All flats will be offered in different tranches (in a phased manner). Booking will commence on September 10, 2024. Once a specific flat is selected online, he/she will be given a window of 15 minutes to deposit a booking amount online mode (Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card only), through a single transaction only.
During 15 minutes, that specific flat will not be available for selection by other persons. Hence, all applicants are advised to ensure the availability of required funds in their bank account and enable the necessary transaction limit of the requisite amount on their debit/credit cards as well as Internet banking, as the case may be.

Other Two DDA Housing Schemes
The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 targets the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG). A total of 34,177 flats are available at prices ranging from Rs 11.5 lakh to Rs 28.47 lakh. These units are located in areas like Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, and Narela. Registration for this scheme starts on August 22, 2024, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024: This premium scheme offers 173 high-end flats, including penthouses and super HIG units, in sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. Prices start from Rs 1.28 crore and can go up to Rs 5 crore. Registration for this scheme opens on August 21, 2024, with an e-auction process starting on September 24, 2024.
