On March 9, the BSE Sensex witnessed a gain of 584.41 points or 1.16 percent to close at 51,025.48. Similarly, the NSE Nifty surged 142.20 points or 0.95 percent to settle the day at 15,098.40.

The stock market on Tuesday, March 9, gave a positive ending by gaining around 1 percent. Following the same trend, the market indices on Wednesday, March 10, are expected to give a positive start as the SGX Nifty was trading 71.00 points or 0.47 percent higher at 15,231.50 at 7:00 am. Reliance Industries: Enterprise-grade fibre connectivity and digital solutions for Micro, Small and Medium Businesses has been launched by Jio Business.

Indian Oil Corporation: An MoU has been signed by the company with state-run Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation to develop a plastic park in Paradip.

Power Grid Corporation of India and REC: Ramgarh New Transmission (RTNL) has been acquired by the company.

UltraTech Cement: The representatives of the company will attend the investor meeting which will be held on March 10.

Max Healthcare Institute: The QIP issue of the company has been closed and Rs 195.40 per share has been finalised as the issue price.

AU Small Finance Bank: The Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) has been launched by the bank on March 9 and the floor price has been fixed at Rs 1,181.06 per share.

Puravankara: With the launch of its first ultra-luxury project named Purva Clermont the company has re-entered in Mumbai. An investment of almost Rs 450 crore has also been made by the company with expected topline revenue of Rs 800 crore.

Bharat Forge: The company’s stake in its associate company Aeron Systems has increased from 26 percent to 36 percent as the company has made a further investment of Rs 4 crore in Aeron by way of purchasing 39,000 equity shares at a premium of Rs 1,015.64.

Godrej Properties: QIP issue has been launched by the company on March 9 with a fixed floor price of Rs 1,513.39 per share.
