AIBE 18 Result 2023 to be Declared Soon; When and How to Check

The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the result as well as the final answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 exam soon. Once it is declared, candidates who have appeared in the entrance test can download the result and final answer key via the official website at allindiabarexamination.com.

The council conducted the All India Bar Examination 18 on December 10, 2023. The exam was held at various exam centers across the country. The provisional answer key of the same was released on December 12, 2023, and the objection-raising window was opened on December 13, 2023. Candidates were allowed to raise objections until midnight on December 20, 2023. The final answer key will be prepared and released only after considering the objections raised by the candidates.

AIBE 18 Result 2023: Steps To Download

Step 1: Go to the official website of AIBE at allindiabarexamination.com.

Step 2: Search and click on the AIBE 18 Result 2023 link that is available on the home page.

Step 3: As a new page opens, candidates will have to enter their login credentials. Then click on submit.

Step 4: The AIBE 18 result will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check the scorecard and download it.

The details mentioned on the AIBE 18 result 2023 will include the candidate’s name, roll number, enrollment number, candidate’s photograph, the signature of the candidate, father’s name, and qualifying status (pass or fail). The All India Bar Examination is administered by the council to issue a Certificate of Practice (CoP) to lawyers.

AIBE 18 Result 2023: Cut off Marks Revised

For the AIBE 2023 exam, the AIBE 18 cutoff marks for the General/OBC category have been revised. The BCI has raised the AIBE cutoff for general category candidates from 40 per cent to 45 per cent. However, the cutoff for SC/ST candidates remains the same, at 40 per cent to pass the bar examination. If a candidate fails to meet the AIBE 2023 cutoff score, the Certificate of Practice will not be issued. Candidates who are not happy with their scorecard can apply for rechecking of marks, while those who fail the exam can reappear for it. The official dates for the same will be announced in due course of time.

The Certificate of Practice (CoP) will include information such as – the name of the candidate, roll number, qualifying year (or edition) of the AIBE exam, enrolment number, registration number, photo and signature of the candidate, and seal/stamp of BCI.
