As per a report by Careers360, Haryana board chairman VP Yadav stated that the new curriculum complies with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). The official mentioned that it was developed by more than 100 subject matter experts. Key resources have also been designated to make the teaching-learning process easier and more effective, as well as to make question paper style more efficient. Additionally, the question paper format is also available on the website.

Meanwhile, earlier last year, the HBSE announced changes to its Class 10th and 12th exams to match the format of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board Exams. The Haryana Board announced that it will hold class 10 and 12 board exams twice a year. This measure was taken to reduce the number of students dropping out of school. This option gives students a second chance in the same year if they are unable to perform well on an exam and wish to enhance their results. However, the student will be able to choose whether to take the exam once or twice. Furthermore, applicants should keep in mind that the board will only consider the exam in which the student received the highest score in both exams when generating mark sheets and results.

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) is also expected to issue the final results of the Class 10th and Class 12th exams soon, and students will be able to access and download their scorecards via the official BSEH website, bseh.org.in. There hasn’t been an official confirmation yet, but some media reports indicate that the results will be announced in 2024 the following month.
