Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is inviting applications from eligible male and female candidates to fill the Head Constable (Education and Stress Counselor) post. Candidates willing and eligible to get a job in these posts can apply by visiting the official website itbpolice.nic.in.

A total of 112 posts will be recruited through this recruitment campaign of ITBP. Eligible candidates can apply from July 7 to August 5. The application will be accepted only through the online mode. The minimum age limit of the candidates applying for this recruitment of ITBP is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years. There will be a relaxation in the upper age limit for the SC, ST, OBC and ex-servicemen categories.

Who can apply?

Candidates should have a degree with psychology as the main subject from any recognized university or equivalent degree, or a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Teaching, or equivalent degree from a recognized university.

Application fee:

Candidates who want to apply for these posts will have to pay Rs 100 as an application fee. The application fee is exempt for women, ex-servicemen, SC, and ST candidates.

Salary:

Any candidate who is selected for this recruitment of ITBP will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 25500 to Rs 81100 under Level-04 in the Pay Matrix.

Selection process:

The selection process will consist of a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), a Physical Standards Test (PST), Document Verification (DV), a Written Exam and a Medical Examination.

The system-generated registration/acknowledgement slip will appear on the computer screen only after the successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form. Candidates must download and take a printout of the slip for future correspondence.
