AC Milan dismissed manager Filippo Inzaghi on Tuesday after a disappointing season in which the Italian giants finished 10th in Serie A and failed to qualify for Europe.
Inzaghi, a former striker with Milan, was only appointed last year but struggled throughout much of the campaign and his future had long been questioned.
