Cardiff City are keen to sign Joe Ledley with a whopping 3 million pounds for their Premier League campaign - after he enters the final year of his contract with Celtic FC.
Ledley, who left Cardiff for the Scottish champions in 2010, has a year remaining on his current contract and is yet to sign a new deal.
The Daily Mirror on Monday claim Cardiff boss Malky Mackay is keen to add Ledley in his side.
The reports say Cardiff have been after Joe Ledley for months, but have been holding back as the midfielder recovers from injury. However, sources have told WalesOnline Celtic are unlikely to want to lose another big player having already sold Victor Wanyama and Gary Hooper this summer.
"It's pretty delicate right now. We're in constant dialogue and negotiations but it's something that's on-going. The player's advisers have been extremely professional," said Mackay.
