Liverpool: Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has denied he is about to jump ship for Inter, claiming he is "very happy" at the Premier League club.
The Dutch international's agent revealed on Monday that the Serie A giants had made an offer for his client, but Kuyt moved quickly to distance himself from a move away from Anfield.
"As far as I know there is nothing true about this, I am very happy at Liverpool," he told Voetbal International.
"I didn't extend my contract for two years three months ago for nothing.
"You don't do that if you have the intention to go away quickly."
Kuyt had to make do with the bench for Liverpool's opening day draw with Sunderland but was back in the starting lineup as Kenny Dalglish's men won 2-0 at Arsenal on Saturday.
"Liverpool has a very big squad and therefore you could sometimes be on the bench," he added.
"Maybe people think that I want to leave. But it doesn't work like that for me,
"It's my intention to stay here, though you know nothing is certain. In football things can be different tomorrow."
