Milan: Juventus president Andrea Agnelli is encouraging his team to dig deep as they bid to return to winning ways, starting with a trip to Fiorentina on Saturday.
Juventus again felt aggrieved by refereeing decisions in last weekend's goalless draw at Genoa and a media blackout was imposed in the immediate aftermath in protest.
"We're still fighting on two fronts. A lot of credit has to be given to the technical staff, which has built a competitive squad, and to the coach and his boys, who are having a truly great season," Agnelli said. "They know that there's 11 matches left in the league and possibly another two in the Italian Cup, and that they have the chance to do something prestigious. We want maximum calm to try to reach those aims that we set at the start of the year.
"We knew that bringing success back to Juventus would require a huge effort. That's what we're doing, and we have realised we have to be able to fight against everything and against everyone in the knowledge that our strength is enough to get results."
Second-place Juventus remain the only team unbeaten this season but too many draws have left them four points behind Serie A leader and defending champion AC Milan, which visit Parma earlier in the day.
Juventus have drawn six of their past seven league games and now have more draws (14) than wins (13).
Fiorentina have lost four of their past six games to slip to 14th, but Juventus will be wary of former striker Amauri's desire for revenge. The Brazilian's time in Turin ended in a bitter divorce by moving in January to Fiorentina. Amauri had been left out of the squad since returning from a loan spell at Parma.
Amauri has yet to score for Fiorentina and will be keen to mark his first goal against his old club.
Milan travel to Parma in buoyant mood. The destiny of the title is very much in their hands and the team is also the only Italian representative remaining in the Champions League.
Striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still a danger man after scoring four goals in his past two league games since returning from a three-match ban.
"It will be a tough game, they are really in form," Parma defender Cristian Zaccardo said. "Ibra is practically winning almost on his own. (Antonio) Nocerino scores every time he touches the ball, Thiago Silva is the best defender in Europe.
"In order to stop Ibra, we have to try to anticipate him when possible, not let him have a sight of goal. Because if he does, he always comes up with some move to score."
Parma haven't won since the beginning of February and are desperately in need of points as they sit just above the relegation zone.
Parma do, however, have a six-point advantage over 18th-place Lecce, which host Palermo on Sunday. The other teams in the bottom three, Cesena and Novara, visit Cagliari and Siena respectively.
Elsewhere, Napoli and Inter Milan will be looking to forget their Champions League heartbreak. Inter thought they had done enough to get through to the quarterfinals against Marseille before Brandao scored in stoppage time goal to take the French side through on the away goals rule.
Inter host Atalanta on Sunday, hoping for a second league win on the trot after a run of five losses and two draws.
Napoli, which lost 4-1 at Chelsea after extra time, will have to pick themself against Udinese in a match which could play a crucial part in deciding if they go through to Europe's elite again next season.
Both teams are level, two points behind third-place Lazio, which travel to Catania.
Sixth-place Roma host Genoa and Bologna take Chievo Verona.
