Priyanka Chopra Exudes Simplicity In A White Floral Saree; Fans Call Her 'Desi Girl', Watch

Priyanka Chopra is a global star. Not only does she enjoy unparalleled stardom in India but in the USA as well. As such, the Desi girl is bound to make headlines whenever she shares something on her social media timeline or steps out of home. Maintaining that trajectory, Priyanka Chopra who is currently in Mumbai for the Jio MAMI Film Festival stunned everyone once again with her saree look.

On Sunday, popular paparazzo handle Voompla shared a clip from the venue, in which we can see Priyanka Chopra walking down the red carpet in a bewitching white saree with floral designs. The Citadel actress exuded simplicity and elegance in a matching neck piece, red lip colour and black shades with white borders. Priyanka initially posed with the sunglasses on but then proceeded to take it off and pose without it as well.

Priyanka Chopra hosted the opening night of MAMI alongside Isha Ambani. Early on Friday morning, the Citadel actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport as she arrived from the US. For her trip back to her homeland, Priyanka chose a black crop top paired with grey slouchy joggers and a long, black shrug. She kept her hair loose. She accessorised the look with a stone-studded choker. As she made her way through a sea of fans and paps at the arrival gate, she posed for photographs.

Prior to this, Priyanka also dropped hints of her whereabouts on social media. With a photograph of her passport, the Citadel fame was seen to be en route to Mumbai. “Cannot wait. It’s been a minute Mumbai,” Priyanka captioned the click.

Besides Priyanka, several other celebrities including Kamal Haasan, Palak Tiwari, Ritesh Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria, Sonam Kapoor, Ankur Bhatia, Rohit Saraf, Sharad Kelkar, Jim Sarbh, Shantanu Maheshwari and Bhumika Chawla among others also attended the opening ceremony of Jio MAMI Film Festival. Several television actors including Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli and Jiya Shankar also attended the star-studded show.

Jio Mami Film festival will continue till November 5 and is being held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai.
