Using Target Online

Create an Afterpay account. You can do this in a web browser at www.afterpay.com or with the Afterpay app. Select Sign up to start the creation process.

Tap Shop. This is in the bottom-left corner. You may already be on this tab.

Tap the search bar and enter Target. Select the tile for Target. You'll be redirected to Target's app or website.

Complete your shopping. You can use Target's search bar to look for specific items or browse from the featured tiles on the home page. Select Add to Cart to add the items you want to purchase.

Tap the cart icon. This is in the top-right corner of the app and website.

Check out your cart. Select a delivery method for your items. Target offers shipping, in-store pickup, and curbside (some locations). Keep in mind you must have 25% of the purchase price available in your account balance for the transaction to be approved.

Select Afterpay as the payment method. You'll also be asked to select which installment plan you'd like. You may need to log into your Afterpay account. If you don't see Afterpay, use the next method to add the Afterpay Card to your digital wallet and select Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay instead.

Finalize your payment. Double-check your delivery or pickup details. Then, select Place your order. Once your transaction finishes, you can find and pay your balance within the Afterpay app.
