How to Cancel Google Play

On Android

Open the Google Play Store Android Google Play. It's the app that has a colorful icon of a play triangle.

Tap ☰. It's the icon with three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the Google Play Store app. This will display a pop-out menu to the left.

Tap Account. It's next to the icon that resembles a person.

Tap Subscriptions. It's next to the yellow icon in the "Account" menu in the Google Play Store App. You will see a list of all your current subscriptions with Google Play.

Tap Manage below the service you want to cancel. This will display a pop-up menu with additional options.

Tap Cancel subscription. It's the second option in the pop-up menu. This prompts a confirmation pop-up.

Tap Cancel Subscription to confirm. This cancels your subscription so it won't renew once the current billing cycle is over.

On iPhone or Desktop

Go to https://play.google.com on a web browser. You can use any browser on your iPhone, iPad, or desktop computer If you are not signed in automatically, select "Sign In" in the top-right corner and sign in with the email address and password associated with your Google Play account.

Select My Subscriptions. It's in the sidebar to the left under the "Accounts" option. This displays a list of all your current Google Play subscriptions.

Select Cancel subscription next to the service you want to cancel. It's on the right side of the page, across from the service or app you want to cancel. This prompts a confirmation pop-up in the middle of the page.

Select Cancel subscription. It's in the lower-right corner of the pop-up menu. This will confirm you want to cancel your subscription.

Select Ok. It's in the lower-right corner of the pop-up window. Your subscription has been canceled. Your subscription will be active until the current billing cycle is over.
