Draw a long, slightly curved oval for the body.
Add a turned triangle one third from the start for the fin.
Add another coming off the end of the oval. This is the tail.
Add a rounded tip on the oval. This will make the nose.
Add a triangle underneath the body. Then, add another coming out on top. Now the dolphin has fins!
