If you can't log in, you'll be unable to submit a request to recover your account. If you don't remember your account information, you can sign in using Google and Facebook.
Click Submit a request. You'll find this centered at the top of the page.
Fill in the fields appropriately. The more accurate information you provide, the better Customer Support can help you. Enter an appropriate category in the "Subject" text field. Type either Account Banned or Account Retrieval. In the case that your account was banned without reason, enter Account Banned. Enter the username of your lost account in the "Username" field. If you do not own the account, you will not be able to proceed. Your username is what you type to log in at https://cf.gameclub.ph/. Enter your in-game name in the "In-Game Name" field. This is what other players see as your player's name. Enter your full first and last name in their appropriate fields. If you want a faster response, you will be able to attach files such as your birth certificate or school ID. Enter your date of birth, email, and account creation date. All this information needs to be the same that you provided during account creation. Enter a brief description of your problem. Since you provided all your account information in the form, you can use this space to describe the issue. For example, you might say "I would like a new password because I believe my account was hacked. I haven't been able to log in since April 1, 2020."
Click to check the box. This says that you understand that "creating multiple tickets will lead your customer support account to suspension." You can click to add files or drag and drop them in the window to upload them.
Click Submit. You'll find this at the bottom of the form on the right side of the page. You'll see your ticket number and status after your submit your request.
