Agra: Police yet to solve PhD student's murder case
Police believe that the killer is a student of the same college after blood-stained jeans and shoes were recovered near the girl's body.

Agra: Uttar Pradesh police are yet to the identify killer of the PhD student, who was found murdered at Dayalbagh Educational Institute in Agra on Friday. Even though the police have recovered girl's mobile phone, jeans and her shoes from the institute laboratory where she was found murdered, the mystery over who killed her continues.

"We found several evidence and trying to connect them," said Agra SSP Subhash Chandra Dubey. He claimed that the murder case would be cracked soon.

According to the police officials, the killer has been monitoring their activities. They also suspect that he is a psychopath and has been trying to mislead the investigators.

Police suspected that killer might be trying implicate some other person in the murder case. However, police believe that the killer is a student of the same college after blood-stained jeans and shoes were recovered near the girl's body.

The police are awaiting the forensic lab report which might reveal details about the recovered clothes and shoes. The report can clarify if the blood on the clothes and shoes belong to the victim or not.
