BANGALORE: Air Chief Marshal NAK Browne, Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force, will be in the city November 17 to address the Station Commanders of various Units of Training Command.He would also be part of the 51st ISAM (Indian Society of Aerospace Medicine) Conference at the Institute of Aerospace Medicine on November 18.The aim of the Station Commanders Conference is to interact with the commanders and discuss issues and aspects related to the training, administration and maintenance.The focus will be on review of the training needs to meet the challenges of new acquisition of aircraft and weapon systems, and also to sensitise the Commanders about cyber security, internal and external security issues.The thrust of the conference would also be on enhancement of the human resources management so that an air warrior would be able to seamlessly integrate into the operational environment of the future, with a high standard of requisite professional capabilities and skills with a high sense of satisfaction.
