Army foils infiltration bid, guns down three terrorists

Kashmir: Indian Army foiled an infiltration bid by terrorists along Tangdhar sector in Kupwara district, gunning down three of them on Monday morning.

The flood-ravaged state of Jammu and Kashmir had witnessed several infiltration bids in September.

Meanwhile, Pakistani troops violated ceasefire once again and shelled villages in RS Pura sector on the Indian side. The heavy shelling killed five people and injured 34 others.
