Highlights of the Ciaz include increased interior space and better features and equipment.
New Delhi: On the first day of the Auto Expo 2014 Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its Ciaz concept car. The Ciaz will form the base for future sedans from Maruti Suzuki and is expected to go on sale later in 2014.
The Ciaz would go on to replace the SX4 sedan. Highlights of the Ciaz include increased interior space and better features and equipment.
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz will get two engines. The petrol will be a 1.4-litre K-series engine that presently does duties under the hood of the Maruti Ertiga and the diesel will be a 1.6-litre MultiJet.
The transmission will be an automated manual which will be doing duty in the Celerio hatchback as well.
