BSNL bill payment is just a click away

KOCHI: Soon, the never-ending queues to pay the phone bills will be a thing of past for BSNL landline customers. Beginning this month, BSNL customers can pay their landline bills online.The change is due to the conversion of the billing system of BSNL land phones under Ernakulam Secondary Switching Area (SSA) into a new advanced CDR billing programme. As part of this change, interim landline bills upto February 29 have been already dispatched with the last date of payment as March 29. BSNL has requested the customers to cooperate with the new CDR-billing system by paying their bills on time. From April onwards, the billing will be done as per the regular billing schedule.
