THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Confederation of Consumer Vigilance Centre, on behalf of a customer, has filed a case against Milma alleging that it has failed to provide the customers with toned milk which contains 3 percent of fat. The Consumer Court, comprising President G Sivaprasad and members A Beenakumary and S K Sreela, has directed to serve notice on Milma.
