CHENNAI: Chetan Pathak, VP, Ramco Systems, denied allegations of cheating Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi, a software company promoter. He said the “complaint was completely false and baseless”. Chetan Pathak added that at no point of time did he approach Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi in respect of any business deal with ICE Telecom Pvt Ltd. He also said he did not take him to any office of ICE Telecom Pvt Ltd. Besides, in June-July, 2009 he was not employed with Ramco Systems, he added.Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi, had lodged a complaint with the Commissioner of Police, Chennai, alleging that some persons claiming intimacy with the former chief minister M Karunanidhi “cheated him to such an extent that he lost his flourishing business in Chennai worth more than Rs 8 crore.”
