CM seeks additional grants

PUDUCHERRY: Chief Minister N Rangasamy, on Sunday, met Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in Bangalore and requested him to sanction additional grants to the UT. A press release, on Monday said, the Chief Minister discussed the development programmes planned for the state during his meeting with the FM on the sidelines of the meeting of chief ministers of south zone states/union territories and chief executive officers of public sector banks, in Bangalore, convened on Sunday.
