CPI (ML) for peoples democracy

BHUBANESWAR: The ninth party Congress of the CPI (ML) has put forward a programme of people’s democracy as an alternative to the present neo-liberal policies.The five-day meet being held here  after 41 years was inaugurated by CPI(ML) general secretary KN Ramchandran where he called upon the delegates to make the Congress historic by intensifying the reorganisation of the communist movement uniting all revolutionary sections and launching mass upsurges wherever possible. In the evening session, Ramchandran released the book - Imperialism in the Neo Colonial Phase by PJ James.
