Delhi: The High Court on Tuesday granted bail to former Delhi University vice chancellor Deepak Pental. The former VC is accused of cheating, plagiarism and forgery.
Pental was in court's custody and court granted him bail instead of sending him to judicial custody.
Warrants have been issued against his post-doctoral research student KVSK Prasad, who's presently in USA.
