The Juvenile Justice Board on Tuesday refused to grant bail to the teenager accused of killing a man in the hit-and-run case in Delhi. The Juvenile Board observed that teenager is a repeat offender and has been challaned before as well.
The teen accused is expected to file for bail again on April 23.
The minor boy had allegedly run over a 32-year-old man with his father's Mercedes in north Delhi's civil lines area. The accused, who was underage during the time of the accident, allegedly drove his father's Mercedes into a man who died instantly.
The juvenile was held under charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and sent to juvenile justice home on April 10.
In 2015, the teenager had been fined thrice - twice for over-speeding and once for parking wrongly.
