Deve Gowda, HDK to extend support to Hazare

BANGALORE: Former prime minister H D Deve Gowda, his son and Lok Sabha member H D Kumaraswamy will join the bandwagon of the nation-wide anti-corruption campaign demanding for a strong Jan Lokpal bill in Bangalore on Tuesday.According to party sources Gowda would lead a huge protest rally in the city planned by the seven political parties including Left and the JD(S) which have called for the nation-wide protest on the issue.Left parties in the state including CPI(M) and CPI, forward block would also participate in the joint protest march and address the gathering.With the participation of the Left and other parties in the nation-wide protest against the UPA government, almost all the political parties except the Congress in Karnataka have extended their support to  Hazare.In connection with the civil society group leader, BJP’s Youth and Women wing also took out a protest demonstration in the state followed by few of the party’s legislators and ministers.
