EPFO staffer held for taking bribe

ROURKELA: An official of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Guman Tubid was arrested on Thursday evening for taking bribe. The CBI sleuths nabbed him from his office while accepting Rs. 5,000 from a contractor to settle a labour dispute.A complainant Dipak Sahu had alerted the CBI officials that he was called to the office where Tubid, Enforcement Officer at Regional Commissioner office here, demanded Rs. 5,000 to settle a labour dispute.
