VILLUPURAM: The Crime Branch police questioned former Puducherry minister Kalyanasundaram on Monday about his alleged use of a proxy to write Class X examination. This was second time he appeared before the police for inquiry. The inquiry started at 10.20 am and concluded at 11.30 am. Earlier, on December 3, police had conducted inquiry with Kalyanasundaram for four-and-a-half hours, when the former minister was asked 300 questions. However, he did not answer some questions properly saying he needed to refer some related documents for it. So the police instructed him to answer those questions during next inquiry.On Monday, Kalyanasundaram not only answered questions that was left unanswered last time but also some more posed by the police, said sources. The entire inquiry was videographed.Kalyanasundaram’s lawyer Bakthavatchalam said, “Following the SC order, Kalyanasundaram appeared before police and answered important questions. He will co-operate with police in the inquiry process.”
