Finish drain work soon: Suresh Kumar

BANGALORE: Urban Development Minister Suresh Kumar inspected the underground drain work taken up along the Yeshwantpur RTO Road on Wednesday, following complaints of slow progression of work and traffic congestion in the area.
Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has undertaken laying of a 1.2km pipeline in the area and have completed 260 metres of the work over the past 10 days.It has been taken up under the zeroflow scheme of BWSSB, by which the civic agency is reducing the flow of drains through storm water drains. The road has been closed to traffic.
