Riya Roy of Kaliaganj in North Uttar Dinajpur of West Bengal has been named in the India Book of Records for her special skills in dance, song and make-up. She grew up in his uncle’s house since childhood. Riya Roy was selected for this honour on July 18. The application to the India Book of Records was submitted on July 12.
