New Delhi: The National Human Rights Commission on Friday issued a notice to Punjab government over the botched-up eye surgeries that took place in a medical camp in Gurdaspur region.

Dr Vivek Arora, the surgeon who performed the surgeries was arrested earlier in the day and a case was also registered against Sri Krishna Eye Hospital in Mathura where he worked.
