Chicken Biryani, a flavourful combination of chicken and rice, includes layers of marinated chicken, fragrant rice, and aromatic spices, all steam-cooked to perfection. Recently, in the Hanumakonda district near Bhavani Nagar, a man named Shravan opened his biryani food point which is making quite a buzz on the internet.
For three years, his biryani point has been serving many foodies with his delicacies. Unlike the Panni Biryani Centre, his food point offers home delivery as well. His idea of offering free home delivery has made it easier for people to savour the authentic flavours of Hyderabad’s biryani from their own homes.
Residents of the Hanumakonda district have praised his initiative and commitment to delivering delicious biryani to his customers. He has earned praise as a biryani connoisseur from food lovers across Hyderabad. He completed his degree and then entered the cooking business, starting with catering for weddings.
He is known especially for cooking biryani with his special spices. Now, for the last three years, he’s been selling 25 to 30 kilograms of biryani every day. Shravan handles both the counters of the chef as well as salesperson. His food and managerial skills have earned him satisfied customers and good reviews.
He has launched a free home delivery service for biryani lovers who struggle to dine out regularly. Customers can place orders by calling 970037477, and their meals will be delivered at no extra cost.
Priced at just 90 rupees per serving, he aims to feed everyone at affordable prices. The chef earns around Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 daily by providing this affordable option to the community.
Shravan has revealed that despite selling biryani at just Rs 90, his business remains profitable. Unlike big hotels having additional costs like AC, lighting, and service charges, Shravan operates from a small shelter room, reducing all these expenses.
He even shared that the business fulfils small function orders. With low overheads and consistent demand, Shravan maintains a happy operation while securing substantial profits.
Earlier, a similar story went viral when the prices listed on a menu shared by an Instagram user amazed social media users. The prices were six to seven times lower than the current rates. For example, Chicken Biryani was priced at just Rs 30, while Mutton Biryani cost Rs 32. Paneer Butter Masala was only Rs 24.
