HYDERABAD: The Income Tax officials on Monday filed two petitions in the special CBI court seeking copies of the documents seized by the CBI during its probe into the ‘illegal’ assets of Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Emaar scam.The magistrate of the special CBI court posted the hearing on the two petitions to November 2. M Raja Rao, assistant commissioner, Income Tax, Hyderabad, filed the two petitions.Earlier, the IT officials approached the CBI seeking information and copies of the documents seized during the probe into the two cases.When the CBI officials told them that they could not provide information and copies of the seized documents, the IT officials moved the court.
