J&K: Pakistan violates ceasefire again, firing on in Poonch sector
There have been repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan since the killing of five soldiers by Pakistani troops along the LoC in Poonch sector.

Srinagar: Pakistan continues to violate ceasefire along the Line of Control as firing was reported on Indian posts in Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. Indian posts received heavy and small arms fire around 12:05 pm and the firing is still on.

Indian side also retaliated in the same manner. There were no reports of casualty on either side.

There have been repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan since the killing of five soldiers by Pakistani troops along the LoC in Poonch sector.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Parliament has passed another resolution against India over the recent LoC firings. The Pakistani Parliament expressed concern over the violation of the ceasefire and called for a constructive engagement with India. This is the second time in a month that Pakistan has passed a resolution condemning India. Earlier this month, Pakistan had passed a resolution accusing Indian troops of unprovoked aggression on the LoC.
