HYDERABAD: Chillara Kalyan, a prominent film producer and a co-partner of Ramesh, moved an anticipatory bail petition in the Nampally criminal court, fearing that he might also be arrested.Kalyan has been reportedly absconding ever since the news broke out that Ramesh was arrested by the CID officials in Chennai.Kalyan is facing charges of cheating Mohammedd.Ashfaq of Universal Home Entertainment for failing to give him the VCD & DVD rights of the movie ‘Khaleja’ despite taking an amount of Rs. 34.75 lakh.Cases were registered against both Singanamala Ramesh and Kalyan, the producers of Khaleja.
