Mumbai: Lata Mangeshkar has been taken aback by media reports that she has dashed off a letter to the government cribbing about Mumbai’s pathetic traffic scenario. The veteran singer has tweeted a denial.

During a casual conversation with a scribe, the Nightingale happened to mention the snarls. This made its way to the headlines leaving the singer shocked about its out-of-context usage.
