Manzoor was arrested in a joint operation by the army and state police on Monday, Naresh Vij, spokesman of the army's Srinagar-based Chinar Corps, told IANS.
"He was arrested from Pattan area of Baramulla district. Four mobile SIM cards and other documents have been recovered from the arrested person. He was responsible for coordinating LeT terror strikes in Kashmir," he said.
His arrest is being considered a major breakthrough in anti-militancy operations.
