Michael Schumacher may return home from hospital next month: reports
The experts at the Switzerland hospital, where he is currently treated, say the German is using his eyelids to communicate with his family.

Zurich: There is some good news for Michael Schumacher fans. The Formula One legend could return home by the end of August, according to a report on Daily Star website on Tuesday.

The report said experts at the Switzerland hospital, where he is currently treated, say the German is using his eyelids to communicate with his wife Corinna, daughter Gina-Maria and son Mick.

He is likely to be given an advanced wheelchair that he can control with his mouth to help with his recovery. The seven-time F1 champion remains paralysed after waking from a six-month coma last month. Schumacher suffered serious head injuries during a skiing accident last December.

At the weekend, Schumacher's wife thanked fans for their constant support. According to reports in Switzerland, she told them: "The German Grand Prix gives me the perfect opportunity to cordially thank you all for the good wishes and positive energies you keep sending to Michael. I have to say your sympathies blew us all away. Now, we are facing a phase which will presumably take a long time."
