BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik left on a five-day visit to Delhi on Wednesday. Naveen will attend the meeting of the National Development Council (NDC) on October 22. He will also meet senior Central ministers, including Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar. Sources said the Chief Minister would broach the State’s pending projects’ issues with the Central ministers. Naveen had last visited Delhi in the first week of September.
