HYDERABAD: The CBI court on Wednesday extended the judicial remand of three accused in Emaar scam. With the remand date coming to an end on Wednesday, the court extended the remand of Vijay Raghav till April 26, Sunil Reddy till April 23 and suspended IAS officer BP Acharya till April 27. Meanwhile Vijay Raghav filed a petition on Wednesday seeking bail. Magistrate B Naga Maruthi Sharma posted the hearing of the petition to April 19.
