KOCHI: A mobile solutions company has launched an online hunt for the best hackers from campuses across the state. MobME Wireless has announced a firstofitskind online contest CodeJAM to find the best computer hackers among college students in Kerala. The contest will be open to all students and will be hosted at codejam.mobme.in. The contest, launched on Monday, will run for two weeks. A programming puzzle will be hosted on a web portal at 11 p.m. every night. The daily winners will be given a cash prize of `1000 each.
On the last day, there will be live coding contest at MobMe's office in Kochi where the winner will be given a prize of `1 lakh. The participants can code in five different computer languages C, PHP, Python, Ruby or Clojure. The winning coders will be given offers to join the company, the officials said.
