BANGALORE: In the case relating to three former ministers watching porn clippings in the Assembly, the Eighth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court on Monday directed the complainant, advocate Dharmapal Gowda, to file objections to the affidavit filed by the Vidhana Soudha police by March 7.The court directed the Vidhana Soudha police to investigate the case and file a report by February 27.On February 15, the police filed an affidavit stating that they could not investigate into the issue without the Assembly Speaker’s permission. Magistrate Kiran Kin adjourned it for further hearing till March 7.
