A local court had earlier directed the police to send Santosh Mane to the mental hospital for observation.
New Delhi: Santosh Mane, the bus driver whose road rage claimed 9 lives in Pune in January this year, will be produced before a Sessions court on Monday.
The Officials will also be submitting Mane’s medical record.

Mane has been kept under observation at the Regional Mental Hospital in Yerwada on the recommendation of doctors.
He was taken to the hospital after police applied to the Judicial Magistrate for suspension of his police custody, and got the permission.
