"He is versatility personified,” said music composer Shameer Tandon.
Six songs that were created for Sorry Madam, a film that never saw the light of the day have now been brought out in the open. The film had music by Chitragupt and was directed by Dilip Bose.
Mohammed Rafi, who sung close to 10,000 songs and the most memorable ones at that, created a void in the Hindi film industry when he passed away in 1980.
These newly-discovered tunes hope to pay tribute to this genius and a bygone era.
