The Supreme Court ruled that the SIT team headed by the Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police Karnail Singh will probe the Ishrat Jahan case.
A Special Investigation team has been appointed by the Gujarat High Court to investigate the Ishrat Jahan encounter case.
