BANGALORE: Ashok Adiga, parent of a student of Sri Vani Education Centre, had recently alleged that the educational group does not have the land allotted to them as per ICSE norms and that the institutions don’t have ICSE affiliation. RH Sharada Prasad, the secretary and principal of the education centre, countered the allegation with documented evidence in the presence of media on Tuesday. He said, “We have called this press meet to make our stand clear by producing all the documented evidences.” “It all started about one year ago when after 20 years we wanted to change the uniform with complete consent of parents but Ashok Adiga was not happy with the idea and created a big issue out of that,” Sharada “Several things happened since then, the parents even try to beat and harass the person at the uniform counter, but we chose to keep silent but now they have alleged us of so many false things that we chose to reveal the reality before the things gets worse,” added Sharada. The principal produced the affiliation certificate by the Council For The Indian School Certificate Examination along with the letter from the Bangalore Development Authority that has a mention of the land lease extended for next 30 years to the institution.
