VISAKHAPATNAM: Inclusive and qualitative expansion of higher education is the vision of the University Grants Commission in the 12th five year plan and all universities, which are presently facing funds crunch are to get enough funds, chairman of the UGC Ved Prakash said.Speaking on the sidelines of a national seminar on climate change and sustainable management of water resources at the Gitam University here on Saturday, he said all universities are facing funds crunch and the problems are likely to be solved in the 12th five year plan.
