Recently, her video showcasing the performance of 12 power yoga asanas in one go has only solidified her status as a fitness icon. With the guidance of trainer Vanshika Pandey, Malaika’s yoga routine not only challenges her body but also inspires countless others to prioritize their physical well-being.
In the footage, Malaika can be seen diving headfirst into a series of power yoga poses designed to enhance strength and stability. With a yoga block as her only prop, she targets every muscle group, from head to toe. Her routine includes a series of dynamic yoga poses, starting with Mountain Pose (Parvatasana) and stretching. She then transitions into Vasisthasana, a side-bend plank pose, to strengthen her core and improve balance. Following this, Malaika gracefully performs single-arm push-ups that target her upper body. She seamlessly transitions into Mountain Pose (Parvatasana) again to elongate her spine.

She continues with performing Mountain Climbers which enhances core strength. Malaika then incorporates Standing Crunches to engage her abdominal muscles. Moving on to targeted exercises, she includes Glute Bridges for the lower body. Finally, Malaika concludes her practice with Warrior 2 Pose, a powerful asana that builds stamina and strength in the legs and arms.

Malaika has previously offered glimpses into her yoga routine, and recently, she showcased her wall yoga practice, featuring a range of exercises aimed at boosting flexibility and strength. Among the array of exercises in her routine, Malaika begins with the Extended Triangle Pose (Utthita Trikonasana) that stretches and strengthens the entire body. She then performs Straight Plank and Low Plank, One-Legged Handstand (Eka Pada Sirsasana), Wall Handstand, Cat Pose (Marjari Asana), Grasshopper Pose (Salabhasana), Wall Crunches, Upward Plank Pose, Hip Bridges with Crunches, and Bridge Crunches.

And let’s not forget Malaika’s Easter yoga day that showcased her seamlessly performing a series of seven powerful asanas in one continuous sequence. Her practice included Parivrtta Ardha Utkatasana (Revolved Chair Pose Variation), Bhunaman Asana (Cobra Pose), Upavistha Konasana (Seated Straddle Pose), Naukasana (Boat Pose), Camatkarasana (Wild Thing Pose), Eka Pada Vasisthasana (One Leg Side Plank Split), and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose).
