Soccer star, fashionista and general heartthrob David Beckham announced the imminent launch of his brand new male beauty brand, ‘House 99', earlier this month.

2018 is turning out to be an exciting year for beauty collaborations, with promises of star-studded makeup ranges coming thick and fast. Here are three of the most high-profile so far.

Padma Lakshmi x MAC

MAC is on a roll: earlier this month, the cosmetics giant announced an upcoming makeup collaboration with fashion designer Jeremy Scott. Last week the brand unveiled its second big-name partnership of the year -- this time with model, author and "Top Chef" TV presenter Padma Lakshmi. Set to make its debut "later this season," the collection will feature curated eye shadow palettes and individual colors for eyes, lips and cheeks, with an Instagram post by the brand hinting at smoldering desert hues, peppered with classic reds and cool pastels. According to MAC, the series has been designed "to take you from day to deep night -- and last through all the culinary adventures in between."

Kourtney Kardashian x Kylie Cosmetics

Beauty entrepreneur Kylie Jenner is well known for teaming up with her famous sisters on joint projects, and now it looks as though it is Kourtney Kardashian's turn. According to StyleCaster, the reality TV star appeared to confirm rumors of a makeup collaboration between the pair recently, when she posted a photo of various ‘Kourt' logo options alongside some branded Kylie Cosmetics stationery. Jenner has previously enlisted the help of big sisters Kim and Khloe on a special edition series of liquid lipsticks and a mini makeup range respectively, so we can't wait to see what Kourtney has up her sleeve.

David Beckham

Soccer star, fashionista and general heartthrob David Beckham announced the imminent launch of his brand new male beauty brand, ‘House 99', earlier this month. The star is teaming up with L'Oréal Luxe to bring the project to life, and the 21-piece collection will cover the grooming essentials designed for the hair, body, beard, face and tattoos. The collection will launch on February 1 in the UK, before going international in March.
